Maundy Thursday Services, Seder and Dinner

Thursday, April 2 5:00 p.m. in the Great Room

Join us for a moving Maudy Thursday service that incorporates a seder, bringing to life the beliefs of the Jewish community of Christ’s time. Darla Lucero will lead us in the seder and explain each of the elements of the seder meal and how it relates to our Christian faith and tradition. Darla is a LCMS Director of Christian Education worked for Apple of his Eye, the LCMS mission that seeks to bring Jewish people and other lost souls to Jesus. Communion will be served at this event.

Following the service, we’ll continue with a meal of Chicken tenders, kugel (a Jewish casserole made from noodles or potatoes, vegetables, dessert, and drinks. If you attend the dinner, please consider a donation of $10 per person to cover the expenses.
