As a Marco Lutheran Foundation grant award recipient, we ask that you submit a report explaining how the funds awarded were used by your organization. This report is required in order for your organization to remain eligible for future grants. Submit your report by completing the information below, uploading responses to the questions asked, and clicking the submit button at the bottom of this page by August 31st of the year the grant was awarded.

    Your report should include responses to the following questions. You may include additional information in the file you submit if it will provide important information about the status of your project.

    • What was the objective(s) as presented in your grant request?

    • What did you accomplish with these funds (include outcomes and spending summary)?

    • If you did not meet your stated objectives, please explain.
